The entry-level ScanJet 5p's optical resolution is 300 dpi, interpolated to 1,200 dpi, with a 24-bit color depth. One indication of its home/home-office orientation is the lack of a document feeder or transparency options. Another, more welcome one, is its small size: At 5 by 12 by 19 inches (HWD), the 5p is a fine solution when desktop space is at a premium.

CFM-Twain commercial version works perfectly with the scaner!

Frank Kalf 2002-04-23 01:21:34	Works fine with eCS & CFM twain Tame give the best resolution in my case. PMView and Embellish give a distorded view. (NVidia Riva TNT2) This scanner is driven by a Symbios "ISA/SCSI" card

eCo Software is working with the translators of eComStation / IBM OS/2 Warp since the end of 90-th. We have released russian version of some Fixpaks for Warp 4, eComStation 1.05, .. 2.1. LANGE library, co-operation with european translators.
