Build 2001.12.06

Added ecscntl.zip to provide updated control lists for all older ptf releases.

Made some parameters internal to the code and removed ecsupdt.lvl and ecsupdt.lst from the package.

Only update parameters of PMREXX.EXE if necessary.

Add use of WPTOOLS.DLL back in.

Add capability to upgrade to eCS Pro and to install or uninstall SMP support if ecspro*.ptf is available.

If SET SHELLHANDLESINC= is not present in CONFIG.SYS, add a statement, SET SHELLHANDLESINC=20, to CONFIG.SYS.

Update code level to 1.08.
