Fixed the problem that a program trying to READ/WRITE from/to memory object with OBJ_ANY attribute is crashed. With fix, READ/WRITE performance is decreased.
Fixed the problem that CACHEF32.EXE prints 'Unicode translate table for xxx loaded' even though '/S' is specified.
Clarified that messages of CACHEF32.EXE are related to FAT32.
Improved lazy-write performance.
