This utility allows cut skin blanks to bitmaps for buttons.
1) Draw a) skin with normal buttons, b) skin with pressed buttons, c) skin with highlighted buttons.
2) Use .cmd to call cutter and cut the bitmap x,y-w,h from all three skin blanks.
